Weilin Plastic reserves the right to modify specifications, timelines, or pricing based on actual material testing, design complexity assessment, or changing requirements.

3.2 Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

While Weilin Plastic provides design consultation and DFM analysis, the customer retains responsibility for the final design and its suitability for the intended application. Weilin Plastic is not liable for design defects or performance issues arising from customer-provided specifications.

3.3 Quality Standards

Products manufactured by Weilin Plastic are produced in accordance with industry standards and specifications agreed upon with the customer. However, Weilin Plastic does not warrant perfection or flawlessness in manufactured parts, as minor variations are inherent to injection molding processes.

3.4 Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Verifying that Weilin Plastic’s services and products meet their requirements

  • Conducting appropriate testing and inspection of delivered products

  • Ensuring products are suitable for their intended application

  • Complying with all applicable regulations and standards in their end-use application

4. Indemnification

4.1 Customer Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weilin Plastic, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the website or services in violation of these Terms
