Repeat-order dental programs

OEM dental plastic products for repeat production

Our dental range includes impression trays, saliva ejectors, suction parts and small molded tips. It began with one impression tray in 1996, and that same US dental brand now runs across 17 dedicated molds here — trays in nine models, plus saliva ejectors, tongue scrapers and suction tips.

The cards describe products we already mold. A new OEM design still needs its own material, tooling, packaging and compliance review.

Define the product and the patient-contact requirements

Dental consumables need consistent geometry and smooth contact surfaces. The quote also needs the correct resin and post-molding requirements.

  • Sterilization or disinfection conditions

  • Annual demand and mold ownership

The customer defines the finished-product regulatory route. We review component manufacturing, material records and inspection scope as part of the agreed OEM program.

Program route

Build the supply plan around the approved part

Part approval, packaging and repeat-order controls are agreed before routine production.

Send the part information

A 2D drawing, 3D file or physical sample gives us a useful starting point.

Review fit and molding details

We check the interfaces, material requirement, cosmetic faces and production volume.

Confirm tooling and samples

The quotation states the agreed scope. First samples are checked against that scope.

Run repeat production

Inspection and supply records follow the drawing and purchase requirements agreed for the program.

FAQ

Do you sell standard dental products from stock?

This page shows products and manufacturing experience from existing OEM programs. Availability, branding, dimensions and packaging depend on the applicable customer agreement and project requirements.

Can you manufacture a new dental plastic part from our drawing?

Yes, a new build-to-print project can be reviewed from a 2D drawing, 3D model or physical sample. Resin, patient-contact status, surface requirements, packaging and annual demand should be identified early.

Who is responsible for dental product validation and market approval?

Unless a separate scope states otherwise, the customer defines and owns the finished-product regulatory route. We agree the component manufacturing, material records and inspection scope for the OEM program.

Can you support repeat production or an existing-tool transfer?

Repeat production and transfer programs can be reviewed. For an existing tool, we first need the tool data, ownership status, maintenance history, sample parts and the current approved specification.
