FAQ

What's the MOQ for private label orders?
There is no minimum order quantity on our ready-made lines. Start with a trial carton, test your market, and scale when it sells. Small orders get the same materials and batch records as large ones.
Can you put our logo on the products?
Yes. Logos are printed or hot-stamped where the design allows, colors are matched to your Pantone reference, and packaging carries your full artwork, barcodes included. Nothing we ship names us as the maker.
We only have a sample, not a drawing. Is that enough?
That's exactly what ODM is for. Mail us the sample; we measure it, model it in SolidWorks, and send you a drawing to approve before any tooling starts. You end up owning a proper technical file for your product.
If you develop a product for us, who owns the mold?
If you pay for the tooling, the mold is yours, and that goes in the contract. Products from our existing lines run on molds we own, which is why there's no tooling bill on that route.
Can you support regulated products, like dental items sold in the US?
For Class I categories, yes. The registration and listing run under your brand, and we supply the product documentation and material certificates the process needs. We've supported US customers through FDA Class I listing before. If your product needs a certification path we can't support, we say so in the first reply.
