Injection Molding for Medical, Dental, Industrial & Gas Equipment OEMs
We serve four industries out of one factory. Every part below runs on molds we designed, built, and still maintain in-house, some of them since 1996. Pick your industry to see the parts, the materials, and how we hold the quality line.
Industries We Serve
A dental tray that touches a patient's gums and a handwheel on a workshop gas regulator fail in different ways, so we inspect them differently. Across all of them, though, you get named materials, in-house tooling, and batch records you can audit. Here is what we mold for each industry.
Medical Injection Molding
Vaginal speculums, probes, and needle sheaths are single-use devices, and a rough edge or an untraceable resin lot means a rejected shipment. We mold them in named medical-suitable grades, inspect every batch, and keep the paperwork your regulatory team will ask for.
Dental Injection Molding
Impression trays, saliva ejectors, and tongue scrapers: dental consumables we have molded for the same US brand since 1996, on 17 dedicated molds, without a returned batch to date. We keep every edge smooth to the touch, because these parts go in the mouth.
Industrial Injection Molding
We mold handwheels in glass-filled nylon, DIN rail clips, terminal sockets, and fuse housings: parts that get gripped, torqued, and left outdoors for years. Most run in PA6/PA66 with 30% glass fiber, and several are molded directly over brass inserts so they ship as one finished piece.
Gas Equipment Injection Molding
Pressure gauge guards, flowmeter tubes, safety valve internals, diaphragm plates, and cylinder caps, all molded for a global gas equipment manufacturer on 80+ dedicated molds. Materials run from soft TPE guards to POM valve cores and clear PC flow tubes that must stay readable for years.
Your industry not listed? The list above shows where our molds run today. It is not the limit of what we take on, so if your part needs tight tolerances, engineering resins, or insert molding, send us the drawing.
