Industrial Parts Molding

You Send a Drawing. We Match It, Not "Close Enough."

Industrial buyers usually can't tell a supplier much. The drawing is under NDA, the assembly is confidential, and all we get is geometry, a resin callout, and tolerances. That's fine. Build-to-print is a discipline, and it's one we've practiced for decades on parts that get gripped, torqued, and left outdoors for years.

Here is what that discipline looks like in practice:

  • The exact resin on your drawing. If the callout says a specific PA66 grade, that grade goes in the hopper. No "equivalent material," no silent substitution, and the lot number follows the batch to the carton.
  • Glass-filled nylon that stays flat. GF30 resins add stiffness but want to warp. We control that at the tool, with gate placement and cooling set by thirty years of hands-on mold building.
  • Brass inserts set in-house. Threaded inserts are molded in and checked part by part, so your assembly line never finds a stripped thread.
  • Mating parts under one roof. When we mold both the housing and the handwheel that bolts to it, the fit is settled before shipping, not on your bench.

Production Capabilities

The Numbers a Sourcing Engineer Actually Checks

Machines, tolerances, materials, secondary operations, and the records that back them up. If a spec below matters to your part, ask us for the evidence.

50T to 1,000T Machines

Small precision parts run in our own Ningbo factory. Larger housings run at our partner facility in Hefei, under our tooling and our quality plan.

±0.05 mm Standard Tolerance

Down to ±0.02 mm on critical features such as insert positions and sealing diameters, verified at first article and monitored through the run.

Our Own Mold Shop

100+ production molds built and maintained in-house in P20, H13, and 718H steels. If a dimension drifts, we correct the tool in days rather than waiting in a subcontractor's queue.

Engineering Resins, Named Grades

PA6, PA66, glass-filled nylon, PC, POM, ASA for outdoor UV, and more: 15+ grades from named suppliers, quoted by grade and never swapped.

Insert Molding & Secondary Ops

Brass inserts molded in, plus ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, printing, and assembly, so parts arrive at your dock finished.

Inspected & Documented

FAI on every new tool, dimensional checks per batch, resin lots traced end to end. When your auditor asks, the answer comes from records we already keep.

What Can We Mold for You?

If your part needs an engineering resin, a tight tolerance, or a brass insert, it's in our lane. Send the drawing, even a redacted one. We quote from geometry, material, and tolerance, and we don't need to know what the machine around it does.

Certifications & Compliance

Documentation That Holds Up in Your Audit

How Industrial Customers Qualify Us

Our production runs under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management. Industrial OEMs qualify us the practical way: a first article report against the drawing, material certificates for the exact grade specified, and batch records that trace every carton back to a resin lot. Several European customers have run that check yearly, and kept ordering.

Material Traceability

Named resin grades, lot-traced per batch, certificate of analysis with every shipment on request.

RoHS / REACH Statements

Material-level compliance statements on request, to support your EU market filings and customs.

FAI on Every New Mold

First article inspection report against your drawing before any production batch ships.

Industrial Programs That Keep Reordering

Quality promises are easy to make. Here is what build-to-print looks like when the customer can't tell you what the part is for.

When the Drawing Is All You'll Get

A European OEM sent a drawing, a resin callout, and tolerances, and under NDA, nothing more. We built a 4-cavity tool, ran the exact grade specified, and shipped with full lot traceability. No questions the customer couldn't answer, and no substitutions they'd have to explain to their own auditors.

FAQ

Can you quote from a drawing without knowing what the machine does?
Yes. Build-to-print is normal for us: several customers send geometry, a resin callout, and tolerances under NDA, and nothing else. We quote from those three things. If something on the drawing looks risky to mold, we flag it in the DFM feedback rather than guessing at your intent.
Will you substitute a cheaper resin if the specified grade is hard to buy?
No. The grade on your drawing is the grade in the hopper, and the lot number follows the batch to the carton. If a resin ever becomes unavailable, we tell you, propose alternatives with datasheets, and change nothing until you approve in writing. Your auditors should never find a surprise in our material records.
Can you mold parts with brass or metal inserts?
Yes, in-house. We mold housings with brass threaded inserts and handwheels with brass bushings, and we check thread position and pull-out on the parts that take torque. Insert molding runs on our own floor, not at a subcontractor.
How do you keep glass-filled nylon parts from warping?
At the tool. Glass fiber makes a part stiff but pulls it out of shape as it cools, so gate position and cooling layout are decided during mold design, drawing on thirty years of building these tools. We then confirm flatness at first article and check it batch by batch. If a part still drifts, we correct the mold rather than sorting parts.
What part sizes and machine range can you handle?
Presses from 50 to 1,000 tons. Small and precision parts run in our own Ningbo factory on 100 to 150 ton machines; larger housings run at our partner facility in Hefei on machines up to 1,000 tons, using our tooling and our quality plan. Send the drawing and we'll tell you where it would run and why.
What documentation comes with an industrial order?
A first article inspection report against your drawing for every new mold, dimensional records per batch, and material certificates for the exact grade specified. RoHS and REACH statements are available on request for EU markets. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management.
