17 Years: From One Handwheel to a Full Series

Seventeen years ago, a European medical gas OEM trusted us with a single handwheel. Today we have built molds for more than 40 variants for them, and the orders have continued ever since.

FAQ

Why don't you name the clients in these case studies?
Because we don't publish client names without written permission, and most OEM buyers prefer their suppliers stay quiet. Every case here is anonymized on purpose. If we work together, your name gets the same protection.
Are these real projects?
Yes. Every case on this page is a real production program, and all of them still ship today. We can't show the brands, but we're happy to walk you through any case in detail on a call.
My part doesn't look like any of these. Can you still make it?
Probably, and if not, we'll say so. These nine cases show how we work rather than the limits of what we mold. Send your drawing and we'll give you an honest answer within three business days.
Which industries do you serve?
Two long-running specialties: dental consumables for the US market since 1996, and medical gas equipment components for Europe for 17 years. Around them, we mold industrial and custom parts in engineering plastics, from 0.1-gram micro parts to soft TPE covers.
How do I start a project like these?
Send a drawing or STEP file, your material callout, and rough annual volume. If you need an NDA first, we sign it before you send anything. You'll have a quote within three business days.
If we become a client, will our project show up on this page?
Only if you ask us to. Nothing about your project gets published without your written consent, and by default we say nothing at all.
